Human Resource Management System (ADO.NET)

ABSTRACT:
The following are to be implemented in this project:
1. Implement the functionality on the Login page to validate user credentials and provide the user with appropriate features and functionality.
2. Implement the functionality on the Home page to enable the user to be redirected on the People Management Page. A message should be displayed on the page that the HRMS is under construction. Only the People Management menu option will be enabled and other menu options, such as payroll and planning, will be disabled.
3. Implement the functionality on the People Management page to enable the user to view and allocate the employees on various projects.
4. Implement the functionality on the Resource Management page to enable the user to view and allocate the available and reserved resources to different employees in UGI. It should also allow the user to view and enter circulars regarding the concerned projects stored in XML or text file.
5. Implement the functionality on the Timelines and Objectives page to enable the user to decide and manage timelines for different projects according to the client requirements and the effort required in the project. Users should be able to select dates for start and ending of a project. A report will be generated to display the projects timeline details, such as delivery dates for consignments, and starting and ending date of a project.
6. Implement the functionality on the Client Interaction page to allow the user to view and manage the client specifications details, such as requirement specification document, product feedbacks, and client suggestions, related to different projects.


Scope:
With the growing business, Human Resource Management Department is also expanding and is working with the aim to optimally use the human resources of the company.
